A Number of Annoying Things #5

I like taking the train. I personally find the German high speed trains ("ICE") very comfortable and for the most part they are on time. But when people do either not realize that they are in the quiet zone or if they blatantly ignore that fact and keep talking on their cell phones all the time, then I find that extremely annoying!
